gear transferring

is there a way to transfer all your gear and resources from one settlement to another without having to physically carrying it back and forth

You can take all your stuff and use teleport command to teleport yourself to desired destination. I did it once to tranfer items from sanctuary to red rocket. Here is a list of locations. in survival mode usually i send settlers with their inv with crap and send to different settlements but i dunno if you can send settlers to vault 88 or from there you could set suplyline or something

If you have access to the console then you change your carry weight to make yourself capable of carrying it all in one trip.

player.setav carryweight [insert number]

Just remember that the raw resources (screws,oil,springs, etc) wont show up but are in your settlements total count when crafting and using supplylines. Also weapons, armor, food, etc wont transfer across settlements.

The best, non-console, non-mod solution is to get the weight increasing perks from the strength tree, one of the upgrade tiers allows you to fast travel even when overencumbered, if you are not playing on hardcore.
