How to throw a grenade further?

I've looked for a console command to throw a grenade further in vain. Could there be a mod that does that? I think signalling "grenades" (ie: flare & Artillery Smoke Grenade) should be throw further, considering their reduced weight & size. I'd prefer if the arc from the perk Demolition Expert would be shown (if one has it) on those further reaching "grenades", but it's ok if there's no arc.

There is an aiming arc that shows as a green line when once you train it further. (I think you get it at the second level of demolitions expert perk)
Aiming with a higher arc is the only way to throw farther, but it does have a maximum distance.

Although I haven't tried this yet, try running as you throw. (momentum).

I do this a lot with throwing things (and it works), but I'm not usually throwing things that explode. I also often jump as I throw.

Aim almost straight up, in line with your target/ Like others have said momentum helps. So does a height advantage.
