Can't customize character

So I just downloaded Fallout 4 and installed a few mods and when I start a new game and get to character customization I can't select anything, for example if I wanted to edit my character's nose and hover over it with the mouse, the green highlight doesn't show up. Only thing I can do is edit the extras and change presets. I normally play on Xbox so I don't know much about computers but I've reinstalled the game twice now, changed settings, and uninstalled mods and nothing has changed so if anyone has a suggestion or solution that would be great.

Download Looks Menu. That way in third person, hit the ~ key and get your base ID. so you'd type showlooksmenu 00000014 the ~ to exit out of console. From there you can change looks, weight, makeup, etc...
