Removing perk points.

I usually reach this point where I feel too powerful and like there is nothing to look forward to anymore so I want to gimp my character back to level 1 as much as possible. Now I found a mod that gave me a chem that allowed me to undo most of the mods (some altered or new ones added through the skill mod stayed and I'm fine with that) but now I'm sitting here with all these perk points teasing me and I was wondering;

Is there a console command for removing the perk points themselves? Not giving me back perk points by removing perks, I want the perk points themselves to be gone. Or is there a mod that I can't seem to find that reduces you back to level 1 or something?

Well, I think I sorted out my own problem however if anyone knows a console command for this it't still be far more preferable for future sessions.

So I used the chem from the mod, got all my perks removed and got all the perks back, put the perks into Animal Friend 3 ranks, used console command to remove each rank, picked the 3 ranks, removed them and bit by bit reduced it until I had no more perk points left, essentially leaving me at lvl 1 again.
