Cheat Room wont spawn DLC Items, how do i fix this?

So, as far as story progress goes, I'm not very far; I just started the search for Nick Valentine. Idk if this has any part to play in my problem, so just putting this on the table.

I'm in the cheat room, and i have the DLC installed as well as the Far Harbor and Automatron patches for the cheat room (Wasteland isnt on the mod list apparently)
Yet for some unknown reason the cheat room doesnt want to spawn ANY DLC items. it keeps leaving a README page that says i need to install the patch, but i thought i did?? I've deleted and reinstalled everything more than once now, individually and as a whole and changed some of the load order around/deleted unused mods.

I dont know if this is a mod load order problem, or if its a glitch, or if its just because the uploader was lazy and didnt upload the last patch, at this point i almost dont care if i have to reinstall it AGAIN and make a whole new profile on it.


I went through pages of FAQs on steam, google, various gamer pages like gamespot, even bethesda.net, and found nothing useful, hopefully someone here can help me figure this out

EXTREMELY LATE,

Turns out if you teleport to the old cheat world included with the cheat room (should be next to the entrance door) will contain the items. There is a missing 'DLC4' patch that can't be added but everything DLC wise, you should find there.

How do Know this ? . My SSD died three weeks ago, when I re-installed everything on a new one , both my game ( on start-up ) and my mod manager both had messages saying this .

because they got bored and was googling fallout 4 forums on google and find out post to just say stuff. that kinda is pointless. at this rate. kinda feel like its some kinda "Bait post"
