3rd person camera not is stuck in the center and zooms through body.

So i decided to start a new modded play through and was testing some starting mods to ensure everything was working, and i noticed that in third person my camera is seriously bugged. Always centered and cross hairs are on my chars head, if i aim the camera zooms in through body, and i can't zoom out very far. this is indeed a modded play through, but i've added virtually no mods so far, none of which change cameras from what i understand. Never seen something like this before

full dialogue interface has a ton of issues and the author's last response about it was him talking about how he got hit by a car in 2016. Start there I guess.

Is there any commands I can do to try and reset the camera?

Also ive always used the mod but I'll try there I guess

This is gonna sound like a really basic question, but is there a certain way to install camera mods?

In all my time modding for the last like 10 years, I've never once nodded the camera haha
