Stuck in inventory

How do you get rid of Trish's note and DIMA's holotapes from your inventory? They are stuck there even after quest is completed.

I'm not uploading the above console command codes to any fan sites as a mod, I don't have the patients to answer questions and or am I smart enough to monitor or maintain such a mod

You most have all the latest dlc's installed for my console codes to work

For this sort of thing, you can just use the help command with the item's name to find the base ID and remove 1 of it from your inventory (using the commands already provided).

help "trish's note" 4

Should give you the ID you need to put in with removeitem.
