FYI, my trade route map looks like a star radiating from Sanctuary if that makes my method any clearer.
Also, proceed to those settlements in question and go into workshop mode and wait about 5 to 10 seconds, then exit out of that mode and check the pipboy. That sometimes updates the settlement and can correct gltiches.
EDIT :
My best suggestion is to run the Settler Management console that we got with the Vault 88 DLC (power, misc), since it will crunch the numbers and perhaps even correct any problems simply by forcing the game to read the data. Drop that console in the settlement and have a look at what jobs are being shown, any extra supply jobs will be obvious but you'll have to reset those jobs.
It worked !!!!! THANKS :D And even better...
When I used it in Tenpines Bluff (don't ask me why but Jamaica Plains didn't worked and Vault 88 neither, it was coming from Tenpines Bluff why absolutely no reason) the only one caravan I had was making a link to Red Rocket. But the settler came back unemployed... But the path stayed ! And when I used it in Red Rocket, same thing, a caravan to albernathy farm came back. And now I have 2 supply lines for free and 2 more settlers.
I dislike this kind of glitch though and I hope a patch will come.
It really seems to be coming from the Vault Tec DLC
