Use dogmeat to get the Cryolator....
Just bee line it to Dunwich Borers and save as soon as you get there...
Run run run past all enemies until you get to the diving hole where Kremvh's Tooth is located. Kill a few ghouls if you can before jumping into the hole. (I was lucky enough to find a shotgun and a few grenades in my bee line..)
Get Kremvh's tooth then save immediately!!
Load at your save and it should start you back at the entrance to Dunwich Borers. Just exit and fast travel back to Sanctuary!

Pro-tip with Kremvh's tooth if you didn't know.

Kremvh's tooth is one of only two examples of a "Legendary" mod that can be transfered. In other words, you can transfer the Kremvh's tooth blade to another Legendary Machete, and increase the efficacy of Kremvh's tooth. Bleeding or even Poisoned Machetes typically make the best surrogates. Powerful are a good option too.

It's a decent weapon early in the game until you can build a serious sledgehammer, etc.
