Depends on what you're looking for. I've discovered most people who watch Let's Plays aren't really interested in the game, but the commentary, making it a very personality-driven decision.

Gopher would be my pick. But I value people who have insight in content-creation when they actually play games.

Barbell Gaming and Yogcast Hannah are my two favorites right now.

You could try Oxhorn.

Though there aren't really any FO4 lets players that I watch. In fact, I haven't really gotten into any lets plays in a long time. There was a dude that I used to watch play Stalker, but he disappeared a couple years ago and hasn't posted anything since.

MajorSlack is my go to walkthrough that I recommend to people. The reason is that he has several with different builds and that he practices before he records so you don't waste 30 minutes of each hour watching him look for a bobblehead or some other prize. He'll also give you a time mark for when he's done conducting business and ready to move out so you can skip the tedious stuff and get to the action if that is what you want.

He has two channels. MajorSlackAttack and MajorSlackVideos on youtube.

He has other walkthrougs for other games in the same style, i.e. practiced and prepared walkthroughs that don't waste your time to provide maximum value for your time.

Edit:

This playthrough he does Survival with:

No Mods
No Perks
No Purchases
No Crafting
No Cooking
No Workshop
No Power Armor
No VATS
No Fast Travel
No Quick Save
No Companions

Pretty much this.
The focus of LPs is down to the personality of the player moreover the game, so it's very subjective.

i like gopher due to his goofing around and missing things that are obvious for the rest of us to see.

Oxhorn is very informative when it comes to settlements building.

i havent really seen any other letsplays i found worth looking at.
Most I liked was Gopher and Minnie Kane (Channel is no more ;( )

GameSociety Pimps, obviously.

Gopher's pretty good.
I personally enjoy Stephenplays, but he's still in the middle of playing it and still going strong.
If it's any indication he spent 3 years doing a 100% run of Skyrim, so it's going to be a while before he reaches the end of Fallout 4.

Sorry for the necro but I often try to find good blind fallout 4 playthroughs to watch but I also can't stand (most of) them. Most sound fake, don't take the game seriously and ruin serious/emotional moments, or their videos are too short (not a huge deal but I prefer longer videos). It also helps imo if they have a facecam. I prefer to actually see their reactions. Lastly I actually like it if it's a twitch vod and they have their twitch chat on screen. Most of the time it's entertaining to see the twitch chat reacting to the streamers reactions during a blind playthrough. Sadly the only "let's play" of Fallout 4 with a facecam AND it being a twitch vod that I've found is Lobosjr's playthrough. It's not bad but he hasn't reacted to the game in a very satisfying way. Also regardless of what he says, I think he's abandoned the playthrough. The last time he played was over two months ago.
