chinese radio international?

inside diamond city i have found this radio station called chinese radio international its near the gun shop now i have no idea if this is a part of the game or a mod that i never new dowloading ive tryed to search it up but all i got was fallout 3 chinese radio that lead you to loot this one though is unknown if anybody knows please tell me.
