Skill points not working on Special stats

If i use a skill point i gain through a level up on one of my special stats, it just disappears but my stat is not increased. If I use the point on a Perk like Gun Nut or something everything works fine.

what special are you trying to incease, there used to be a perception bug that if you got your head crippled your perception stat would drop by 3 or 4 and however many points you put into perception your stat would stay the same. dunno if that what your problem is or if that bug got fixed.

Nope not fixed, bethesda is lazy

I tried it on nearly every stat.
I think this has to do with some mod i use. I just deactivated them all and it seems to work.
But i didn't change my mod list for a long time, so this problem must have to do with a new update or something.

There was an update to the interface and a few other things, a mod list would be a nice start to see what's causing it.

Too many or far too few ^^
I will start now and activate on group by one so i locate the mod thats causing the problem.

Anything to do with perks like the perverted perks and idiot savant mods could be the cause, just anything you "think" could be interacting with it, try disabling them and see if it works.

I already tried all the mods that do anything with the UI or Perks. But it seems that these are not the problem.
At the moment it seems that one of the mods i orderer under graphics causes my problem.
I will keep u updated.

So .... the error was caused by the mod "Visual Reload"
I don't know how or why. But it looks like this mod is causing many different problems so i think i'm better going without it.

Its always funny see someone who have bug in F4 and use bazilion mods:)
Its simple. more mods you using more bugs can happen.

Depends, if you take care, use merged plugins to combat conflicts and know how your load order works, you can be like a friend of mine and have over 300 mods and 180 plugins and run the game fine
