Survival: a small question about strong back perk

One of the rank of strong back allow to fast travel when overencumbered, i know there is no fast travel in survival, but if i'm siding with the Institute, does that mean that at least i can teleport to the institute with my loot to sell inside no problem?
Even when playing on normal difficulty i never tested it, the only time i took the perk was on my very first character and that one sided with the Minutemen...

make me feel dumb asking this but i got the habit of ignoring strongback for lone wanderer or an automatron for all my loots storage during travels.

Instead of Fast Travel, it allows you to be over encumbered and not take constant DoT.

oh, so i wont be able to teleport to the institute with a overload of loot? It would gave me more use for the 2 traders there. Thank for the answer, i think i'll focus on setting up hangman alley once again as my main hub.
