Shelly Tiller contract

Too bad there isn't a mod that just completes the Shelly Tiller Contract questline part of the Silver Shroud. If I don't want to shoot her after taking over the contract, there should be an option for me to talk to her telling her to run elsewhere, relax nobody is coming for you, or an option to join, and be under the protection of, one of my settlements.
