The REAL question is "Why didn't you READ the minimum game requirements on the store page BEFORE you spent your money"?

I really can't get into that since I build my own rigs. One way you can get "good with tech stuff" is to start researching this on your own. Take a look at the store page and check out the hardware requirements. Then check out your local stores or some of the computer websites like NewEgg, Dell, HP, etc etc etc and see what you can get for what your budget is.

There are also some sites where you can setup a custom build, place your order and they'll build it for you. Google is your best resource. Just take your time, do your homework and above all, don't RUSH into anything until you're sure.

ethier an Xbox or PS4,
as for desktop, cheap is reletive and depends on a lot of factors and may require some 'tech stuff'.
