Mister Sandman Bugged?

Applying level 2 of said perk (+30% dmg für silenced weapons) does not seem to yield any benefits. My silenced pistol dmg is 89 before and after taking it. What gives?

Does the dmg bonus of Mister Sandman apply just to sneaking attacks or overall dmg?

It doesn't show in the base damage. Just go kill someone and you will see the pop-up modifier.

sandman is only bugged in that way that u cant sandman kill npcs when u have pickpocket skill as well

Odd. I restarted the game, loaded my save and - funnily - I now do get a damage bonus weaponstatwise. My silenced pistol dmg is now 93 (see above example). Why is the whole internet talking about sneak attack when the perk desciption states - "Your silenced weapons will do an additional 15/30/50% dmg"? There is no mentioning of sneak attack dmg.

U think thats bad

Whenever i use the perk mr sandman (walk to someone sleeping and kill them) after the animation plays my player freezes in spot and i cant get out of the animation any advice??

Have you uncapped your framerate? Having a framerate higher than 60 causes a lot of oddities like getting stuck in animations.

its working as intended, your multiplyer damage should have gone up a little on stealth kills insteasd of like 2.0x for example it will be like 2.3 or something

the damage increase won't show on the gun itself, only on stealth attacks
