Mod Request Hazmat Helmet into Power Armor Helmet

Hello everyone can someone make a Power Armor piece out of a Hazmat Helmet? I tried making one out of http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4369/? but it didn't end up well. My plan was to make a clear helmet for my power armor so that my character's face can be seen and it should look similar to Terran Marine Power armor from Starcraft. My idea was to change the helmet from a hat into a power armor piece hopefully with an animated visor similar to the animation of the Assaultron helmet but rather than closing in on the face, the visor would go up and down when you draw your weapon and also to attach a flashlight on the side. A reply would be very much appreciated or perhaps someone can point me to the best tutorial vid so that I may work on this myself. Thanks
