Commands to increase unarmed damage?
I know Skyrim had a hidden skill set for Unarmed, but then again Fallout 4 has no skills at all.. I was wondering if there was any way to increase unarmed damage in the game to be much more powerful than ultimatly underwhelming

You have a perk (perks?) for that. I think it's on the second level of perks, not too sure, I just got the game and began playing recently. Anyway, there's a perk that ups unarmed damage, first rank by 20%, there were between 3 or 4 ranks more, so it should go up to a pretty increase, maybe up to 100% more.

So, this all to say, what you want is to find a console command that gives you that perk at max level. Look here[fallout.wikia.com] under general information there's the console command for adding perks and their respective IDs. You'll also want to have Strength at 10, since I think that still matters for damage.

Ultimately, I think your issue might be that you're trying to get into areas where you're still too underleveled. I'm level 14, a few hours into the game, and I have yet to find my first worthwhile unarmed fighting item, like the power fist or even some brass knuckles. Starting a melee build in this game seems like a really hard endeavor.

The iron fist perk is your key to unarmed damage you only need 1 point in strength special to use it and it will up your unarmed damage.

This may not be enough though.
So i would suggest looking for hte grognak the barbarien magazines which all give you bonuses to both melee and unarmed damage. Theres 10 of them and each one gives a 5% damage boost totaling up to 50%

If you want i can post the locations of the ones i know.
