Black void underwater help

I've been trying everything I can to fix this. I desperatly want to have things be clean and clear underwater but nothing seems to work. I've tried mods I've tried modifying .ini files, but nothing.

I even tried a mod that turns 'Depth of Fied' off and still it's a black void in the distance when I go underwater.

Can someone please tell me what to do?

Tried that one. Still got the black void in the distance.

Clear Underwater View on Nexus. Just tried it. There's no black void but on the horizon there appears a white void but thats a long, long, long way away.

Now that one seemed to work. Thank you so much. I'll take a white glow in the distance over a dark void. ^_^;;

You're welcome mate :) I thank you in return. I never thought about getting a mod like this. I am now going to explore the crystal clear watery deeps.
