Is there a way to spawn/buy weapon mods?

I mean, if I don't want to level up gunsmith to 4 just to put a suppressor on my gun, is there someone who sells weapon mods, or can I spawn it from console?

Either the Radium Rifle or Handmade Rifle.

No probs man. Fallout 4 wiki. It has every code for everything.

You could have even spawned into the debugging room. That room has one of everything that you can find in the game. It's the ultimate treasure room.

You can spawn anything with the console and install also any legendary prefix on your weapon. But that is a bit boring and can take the fun away from the game easily. You should perhaps better look for vendors, Arturo in Diamond City, Cricket (wanders between Diamond City and Vault 81), the old Minutemen lady at the Castle or the Assaultron at the entrance of Goodneighbor are good places to look for modded weapons.
