Absolutely nothing will happen to you if you use any, just use them at your own risk, some commands will do things and have unintended consequences on your save profile so I'd read into them first.

Depending what and where You use. Just open requires key lock or TCL wrong place can break future Quest scripts. But there is no penalty for betsheda or valve

No its for betsheda bugs. There are many places where You can get stuck. TCL is one most important. I use only TCL or TLC which one is it :) But seriously, there is no way that I play this game without console. Just today I found place near Boston Mayor bunker that when You go there, fast traveel or console is only option, jump/jetpack dont works because you are "FALLING" surface....

It's called a developer/ and or debug console for a reason, you can use it that way, but it's not what It's intended for..then again, at this point there's too many bugs, so It's a bit of a necessity to have it enabled, unless you're on console then you're a bit fucked in that regard and would have to get lucky, or reload a save.

Yup .. Call to Arms bugged out for me because I used TCL to clear out the Synths before getting the quest. Now Danse can't is stuck in the endless loop because (even though I powered the elevator before) the elevator won't work and he just keeps running up the stairs and falling (even resetting his script didn't help -- he still ran from CPS to the back elevator).
oh well .. that's what additem, modav, and completequest is for.

Funny thing. I play on Survival (with no console) and i have never got stuck once, not a single time in all the hours i've played. It seems to me that the people who get stuck were the ones who were trying to get stuck.

Not trying, just walk our own paths. When you sneak and try find alternative routes via climbing or jetpack can wet you places where you stuck. Like Skyrim we go up 7 000 stairs other SIDE F MOUNTAIN.

Did they change that then? Because I am fairly certain that using console commands did disable tags in release Fallout 4.

(But using the console doesn't disable achievements)
