How do i remove Wrinkles on character's face ?

- Hi, plz help me with this.
- On the face of the character have some wrinkles ( around eyes and mouth ), it makes the she looks like 40 @@
- I'm using CBBE body and CBBE smooth skin for both face and body.
( Srr for my crappy English )

It could be in the blemishes section, or maybe just go get a face texture replacement mod

The CBBE mod might be affecting the appearance settings.

You can make your character's face completely young and smooth in the vanilla game settings. You have to pick the correct skin textures, but it takes some time and experimentation to get it right.

Cbbe does not deal with face texture , maybe body texture. If you want good face skin you gotta find one which is easy on Nexus

You can probably fix with just the vanilla options at a Facial Reconstruction bench/doctor, or at the beginning of the game.

I'd re-read up on CBBE so that you are more familiar with it's application.
If you are using preset mods for textures make sure you have all the required mods for 'that' CBBE preset download.

Mouse over the wrinkled body part in the face editor. Using the initial character creator or a plasic surgeon in-game. There should be an option for the "Type" when the part is highlighted, and going into that menu should present a 'smooth' option. Otherwise, go to the main editing menu and select the "Extras" tab and see if it's in there.

that is not smooth enough to me. Just go to nexus, a lot of really smooth skins there. Btw ghouls called us the smoothskins too : - )
edit: changed my tone, because to each his own, some people like vanilla textures but I cannot stand them at all

some face textures on nexus requires another mod called something like high polygon or something, those textures are extra smooth, try them, or look at their photos to decide.

Seems like you picked mouth type 5, it comes with wrinkles. Same with Eye/Nose, gotta pick number 2 for no wrinkles iirc
