Nuclear Option: Cannot Activate Institute Relay [Solved; thanks, YouTube.]
I'm at the terminal, but the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mission refuses to proceed. WTF is going on? How the FƏCK am I supposed to proceed? I'm fakking STUCK.

No you're not. Just rewire it differently. It's a pain, I had the same issue. Maybe someone has a screenshot of their successful wiring job.
I also had to build two platforms for some reason. BUG!

you need to sleep and wait for your crew to arrive (tinker tom, sturges or whoever)

Your not suppose to be at the terminal, someone else is suppose to run that. Your suppose to be in the relay for the teleport where you belong...

I'll just have to reload the last save before I entered this mess—and sleep, too. If I end up in the same fix, I'll have to google YouTube (last resort; I prefer not to, if possible).

Youtube? Why not read the wiki entry? A common problem is the wiring.

Me so stupid. I figured it out: Dummy here forgot to load the Institute holotape.

I also was freaking out because I couldn't exit my powersuit to wait, but since I loaded the tape, waiting was totally unnecessary.
