Randolph safehouse 6

how do i start this quest? i've completed the safe house quests up to Randolph safehouse 5, but i can't get Randolph safehouse 6 to trigger. i also have completed P.A.M DIA quests.

Drummer Boy will say that P.A.M needs me or that the doctor needs my help but he does not say anything about the Dead drop.

i have completed the main quest line by having peace ending with all 3 factions BOS MM and RR. Am i missing something? or is this a bug?.

I am having the same exact issue, tinker tom keeps running up to me every few seconds I'm inside railroad hq like he's trying to give me the quest, but he just says generic dialog

Leave for a few days, then come back. It should trigger ... iirc, you meet Mr. Tims there at the HQ and it's the last RR quest. (if you can call it a quest). You don't get sent to a dead drop.
I'm thinking "but" here though.... Since you indicate you achieved a peaceful solution between RR, BOS and MM .. that means you probably knocked out the Institute already.
If you already did that, I don't know how that might affect Safehouse 6 since it's usually during that time the Institute is still a threat.

Yeah, I ended up just using the command "SetStage RRR06 100" cause I'm pretty sure it was bugged as I had been running ops for P.A.M and Carrington for a good few weeks now trying to get it to trigger.

On your next run, wait till after safehouse 6 to take down the Institute. (if you choose that way). I'll bet it will trigger as it should then.
