Victory Stickers Packs?

I got 3 Victory sticker packs in the basement of cabot house, it says they are a mod when I opened them (Mod as in gun mod) but I cant put them on anything, does anyone know what they are?

Another possibility is that it's a power armour mod, so try the power armour workbench too.

I dont have any mods that change my power armor tho

In the power armour workbench, in the vanilla game, you can apply mods to power armour just like you can apply mods to regular armour and to weapons.

Armor and weapon keywords is the mod iirc that adds them for armor and weapon customization, as well as some for vault suits and the like.

Armour and PA can both be modded in vanilla, like weapons. Maybe I'm misunderstanding you.

I dont believe the sticker packs are from the BASE game though, and none of my weapon mods allow me to add the stickers, so I don't know where they are from

Yes I think you have picked them up from a Mod, or more likely from CC.

My CC is completely broken, the mods I purchased don't even show up in game, I can't even open it, so, I think it was from a mod called Mad Melee Fury Beans or something like that

I have them aswell, I'm almost 100% certain its from a gunmod, quite likely to be the service rifle.

EDIT: On further investigation appears to not be from the service rifle, I honestly have no idea

In vanilla there is 3 paintings that get unlocked when you clear the quest chain. One of Emogene, one of Jack, and one of Jack's parents.
