creation club

this is the first creation club purchase I bought that has not loaded automatically. It is the SHi Gun, Armor etc one. It wads downloaded and installed, but a quest does not appear. I have also restarted my PC just in case that was it. It does say I have it in my creation club purchase area. Anyone else have this happen? Thanks Richie

Do you need to go to the mod menu from the main menu to activate it? No idea, but maybe.

No my friend, it is not a Mod, it is purchased from the Creation Club for credits. I have gotten a few of them and this is the first that does not work. It is part of the makers game. TY

Check back at CC. I think your suppose to activate it in some way, kinda like a quest.

I'm not sure if you don't understand or what, but yes it has to be a Mod, Fallout 4 does not come with this armor only Fallout 2.

And no CC doesn't make these, they hire Mod creators to do it.

If your downloading anything from CC it is modified content to load during game startup to change or add to the game, so ya it would be a Mod not part of the original game.

Well I only play FO4 now and it was in the Creation Club which you buy with credits. All the other CC bundles work in FO4. This is listed when I start FO4 in CC area. So why would they put in FO4 area if it cannot be used? Thank you for the reply though Richie

Point was it was in the Fallout 2 game. Your saying it can be bought for adding to Fallout 4, which means it has to be a mod not part of the game.

Yes when you start F4 Go to Creation Club in the menu of FO4 you can see all the available "mods/packages/bundles" offered. I have 7 previous bundles installed and working in my FO4, this last one "the Year of the Pig" bundle was downloaded and installed according to the menu, but it does not activate as all others did. Via a quest, finding it on your characters, etc.

I am trying to contact Bethesda to remedy this, but they do no answer my e-mail. Thanks again for trying Richie

Hey buddy,
Not sure if you solved this already but the Shi armor and weapons are skins for weapons and armor already in the game like leather armor and the 10mm pistol.
You use them by modding your armor and weapons at their respective benches.

That. It is a paint scheme. The skins are in the material section of weapons and armor.

Try to figure out exactly which items in the bundle are not available to you.

Bringing Fallout 2 into the discussion is only confusing things.
