Game gets stuck in load loop
my game gets stuck in a load loop when i start a new game, is this issue common when one has mods installed?

I get the same issue. Black screen with loading green logo in low right corner.

mods installed. . . .Make sure the mod description doesn't say anything about editing the Sanctuary Hills cell or V111 itself, OR it says something similar to not enabling it until AFTER you leave the vault. There are a lot of mods that can do this. Try to limit your mods until you leave the vault for the first time.
