Make sure you're not using an ATI/AMD GPU. I don't think they've ever fixed the atidvxx.dll bug that forced me to switch to Nvidia years ago.
Make sure you don't have conflicting mods.
I've not used Wrye Bash all that much (once in Oldrim) but can it be used to combine all your mods into one? This, to me, seems to be the best way to find undocumented edits that may be conflicting.
Also, run your GPU and CPU fans manually on high. Take off the side panel so they get plenty of air, and make sure your fans aren't just swirling hot air around inside the case, or drawing hot air into the case ('tis the season).
NOT Every mod that has errors needs to be cleaned. Some have errors Intentionally and will break the mod if fixed.. Consult with the Mod Page and the Author before cleaning.
What is it?
I too have been using AMD GPUs and CPUs for decades with no problems.
Already cleaned what had erros, and it was original ESM, nothing for the mods i use.
Also no i'm on a Nvidia GPU, 1060 by the way
If you cleaned the Fallout4.esm, that is most likely one of the reasons for your problem with crashing.
I and thousands of other have been cleaning our esm files for years
I should have specified.
When you cleaned the master, did you follow the guide we linked?
"Thing is, it seemed to me that the more static i was, the more i would get CTDs, like in that playthrough, i made Red Rocket my base settlement, and scrapped everything to make it look the way i wanted, using scrap everything, at the time (now replaced by Horizon's own scrap mod, which seems kinda the same, with even the same bugs in interiors ... ) and building with architect (Horizon's own integrated building mod)
So i would craft a lot of stuff at Red Rocket, and encounter some CTDs after crafting for a while, or just running around.
Meanwhile, i would barely have any while roaming the wasteland, but they could still occur ..."
Can it be the post scrapped object preculling thing causing the CTDS ? Idr the exact term for that
Crysos, THAT'S Your Problem right there.
Scrap Everything when not used CAREFULLY will Totally Smeg Up Your Game!
It removes things that should never be scrapped . . . Like at Red Rocket, the Molerat Den gets scrapped. And with RR, Sanctuary, and Abernathy Farm so close together, modding or modifying those can be a pain in the arse. One change in Sanctuary, like the Bridge can Affect RR because those nav meshes connect
I did a similar mistake in my first playthrough, scrapped the "backdoor" in Starlight drive inn, then had endless ctds around that location and even Lexington. Same for Sunshine tidings water tank(?) So don't scrap that either.
There's a mod that helps with this issue on nexus but it didn't work out for me, had to restart on a fresh game.

Btw I see you're using Armorsmith too :
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17374
"Armorsmith Extended is NOT compatible with Horizon anymore* *Armor Keywords should be perfectly fine though, as it shouldn't conflict with Horizon. Also note (to avoid confusion) Armor Keywords was never required for Horizon, it was only required for Armorsmith. You only need Armor Keywords if you have other mods that require it."
It also allows you to scrap un-scrapable items, but in a safer manner.
