Gather the audio tracks you want for your radio station (in WAV format) and put them in Data\Sound\FX\MUS\Radio\YourRadioStation
In the Creation Kit, go to Audio> Sound Descriptor> Standard, and filter MUSRadio. These are all audio tracks for all radio stations. Open one and change the vanilla track to one of yours.
You can't change a bunch at once, you have to do them one at a time, and some stations have a limited track list. Also, playing times seem to be set, but I think these adjust to fit the track once you save the mod, I can't recall. If not, I think the duration is set in Seconds, so you may have to do some calculating to play the whole song, or to keep the song from doing 1 and a half loops before going to the next one.
It's been a while since I did my radio mod, so I can't recall the specifics. I know I half-followed an out of date YT tutorial that left out some critical info I had to figure out on my own, but I can't recall which one, or what that info was.
