I looted these from one of those plastic pumpkins...
Ive looted over a thousand hours in this game and have never seen this with the mods ive downloaded. Also, try googling this to find out what mod its from or if its part of the game maybe... all you find from searches is exactly what you'd expect...

Does anyone know what this is from? I have no mods that specify that this is added...

Are you playing in Survival, or at least have console enabled in Survival? You can check by typing in

help "Easter Egg" 4

It'll give you the ID, the first two numbers will be the mod's plugin list number

im in survival and do not have or want the console mod. because i WILL cheat if i have it

but if no answer comes i may just use your post as a reference and do it. not a big deal was just curious :)

It has to be from a mod. I've never seen an item like that before.

Well, that's pretty commendable, especially since the console can break your game if you don't know what you're doing. If your curiosity gets the better of you though, you can just uninstall the console command mod after checking. It'd be good as well to have it even if it's uninstalled, since console is vital for some bug fixing
