Help? finding a hard to find fallout 4 mod

I am looking for a fo4 mod The Paradise - New Worldspace (FO4) - WIP By Gamoholik I have only found the forum about it on lover's lab but no download could someone help?

if its work in progress, it means it might not be released yet to begin with

it's a non adult mod I can't stand xxx mods the xxx mods should stay out of skyrim and fallout games but i found out Gamoholik was banned from lover's lab only one place i have found the mod is a russian site but that it has issues i am not able to register account

why are you so desperate for this one mod though? i cant help since i dont want another russian website throwing daily "newsletters" at me even though i oped out of that, so i avoid making new accounts

well it's either that or not at all until fallout miami is done not sure when both mods seem promising and looks better then any other fo4 mods.
