Hello, someone can mention me some program that can open and modify files (.esp)
is for fallout 4
It is a program that allows to extract or copy the content of the files (.esp)
as well as the program (OPEN IV) for GTA V

If you're talking about how to edit the plugin, the esp of a mod then you gonna need to use FO4Edit for that, and a tutorial if you don't how to use FO4Edit.
