In the abadoned shack / K-21B on the basement is a secret door whith 2 Rooms behind.

Behind this door is a synth, a workbench and major "Neuspauper's" Terminal.
But there are no Information about this secret room.

Exist this Rooms only in my Installation of the Game? ;-)

It's in the south-east corner of the big Room.

You can see the outline of the Door on the Wall.
With tcl you can sneek into this two Rooms.

I've got it too, but google only has references to Neuspauper in a laser sword mod. It may have been added by that.
