Infinite loading screen after Starting Nuka World.

Got into Nuka World yesterday, got through the gauntlet and into the city. Saved, exited and that was it. Today I have tried everything I could think of to try and get my game to load, heres whats going on:
I try loading my save from yesterday (in nuka world) and the game will not load, it just sits in the loading screen forever until I finally give up, exit out and try something else. This is not a long load, I sat watching netflix on my phone for an hour while waiting on this loading screen on one attempt. I have since tried to see what the issue is and tried loading a save prior to my entering Nuka World, it works. That leads me to believe the issue lies in the Nuka World DLC but I was just getting into it yesterday and really want to finish it. Has anyone else ran into this issue and found a fix? Please help, thanks.

any mods? Nuka World was the last DLC to release so some of the mods you have loaded might be outdated and don't support it

an infinate laoding screen ussually means the savegame is corrupted too

No mods, only the addons. I tried optimizing through nvidia but it doesnt seem to make any changes to the situation. Still able to load pre-Nuka World saves but when I try loading the Nuka World save, infinite loading screen.

Feels worth mentioning that since this began today, every time I exit Fo4, I have to go into task manager to manually end the Fo4 process before I can relaunch. Seems the infinite load screen lags out the software to max CPU usage too.

I have the same issue.
game loads fine inside nuka town USA, as soon as I approach any other zone in Nuka world. ie. have the pop up "Galactic zone", any saves made after will lead to infinite load screens.
