I did the institute ending but doctor amari hates me and im trying to turn curie human plz help :(

I think that is not possible now. Did you take Curie with you when you tried to talk to her? Using the console to advance the quest will probably work. Check the Fandom Wiki.

So you murdered all her friends and raised up her enemies to be the overlords of the Commonwealth, and now for some reason she won't trust you and doesn't want to do you a massive favour by performing a risky medical experiment on the body of one of her friends?

Sorry, for once the game is working as designed.

OP, you should have converted Curie ... FIRST .

Load a previous save before you botched that fateful decision.

Other than just Dr. Amari for handling Curie's mind, there would also be the logical story issue that the person who normally helps with getting her a new body is dead.

For all that it would make sense if you could get help from the Institute as an alternative, that option isn't built into this quest.

If you did the institute ending then I'm surprised that goodneighbour didn't shoot you on sight.
