I got weird bug that I no longer get extra meats from animal kills . I know some animals don’t drop extra meat . But even Brahmin no longer drop extra meat right now .

I got this bug after transferring my megazines from my inventory to settlement decoration . I thought these magazines are useless after reading them . Also checked the character stats and the perk is still there but stopped working after 40 hrs .

I only installed single CBBE mod and playing in survival mode so no console commends .

Plus .. Is Unofficial patch essential for this game ? I also got a bug with recruiting Tina from Vault 88 . Damn , 4 yrs old game with recent updates can’t fixed all bugs ?

The magazine is +1 meat. So if the loot table was zero met you get one meat.

The meat perk is also not going to affect any corpse that already had loot generated prior to getting the magazine.

That is you making assumptions. They stopped supporting the game two years ago. The recent updates were to add modding tools.

So u mean , I was extremely unlucky . I wrote this post after freshly killing 1 death claw , 2 deer ( donno real name ) and 1 Brahmin . Ok so I have a farm having 8 Brahmin in my settlement . I will troubleshoot this by killing the whole farm and update the result .

And really ? Omg .. I thought these updates are bug fixes but they are CK stuffs ?

Update : Killed all 8 Brahmins and each Brahmin offer only 1 meat . Sigh ...

Ok at least it’s not game breaking CTD , can someone give me unlimited food source for survival mode ? I know I can buy meat from Diamond City . But I wanna make stable food source .

The latest one added a standardized framework for adding new cells to the game. Which means more modders can start creating their own areas instead of existing areas.
