The Journey Of Preston & The Minutemen
So far i have found this:

Preston, Mama Murphy, Sturges, Jun & Marcy, alive in the Museum Of Freedom. 5
One dead Minuteman ouside the Museum. 1
One dead Minuteman slight southwest of the Church in Concord. 1
One lies dead in the sublevel of the Parking Garage in Lexington. 1
Emma, Josh and one unnamed (probably Anthony) lies dead in The Super Duper Mart. 3

So 11 so far. I thinkt Preston says there were 20 of them. Where are the rest ?

That 20 count would include settlers.

You are only counting Minuteman corpses wearing Minutemen clothing. There is loads of dead settlers across the Commonwealth.

There's also at least one dead Minuteman over amongst the ruined buildings directly north of Fort Hagen, though it seems well out of the way of Preston's group. They could have gotten separated, or it could be an unrelated Minuteman.

I'v found one dead in a cage at the Gunner's hospital base, he was unnamed and had a minutemen logo drawn on the ground. Not shure how he got there because that's MILES away from any minutemen base/group.

It depends on what route they took. For example, if they initially left Quincy by heading north, they could have come into contact with the Gunners at the hospital (close enough for the Gunners to capture someone) before turning west and skirting along the southern edge of the city and eventually heading north after passing by Diamond City (it's hard to say how far west, but a Minuteman ended up near Fort Hagen), then eventually east again towards Lexington.

It's kind of hard to say for sure, however, since we don't have a lot of reports of him meeting anyone before Lexington, but we know at least ten of them made it there (the five in the Museum, the two dead in Concord, and the three in the Super Duper Mart).

Preston does report that there were eight of them "yesterday", which may or may not have included the one near Fort Hagen.

The one in the Garage sublevel is for sure a Minuteman, so the count from Lexington is 11 - ( 5 alive +2 outside Museum, 3 in SDM and one in the garage).

They could very well have taken the route suggested by #DouglasGrave, and also have zigzagged their way across the map, running from death to death. i Shall try to get pictures if i find them.
What about the one in the sniper hutch thing near the Castle?

I assume he's unconnected but who knows

Yeah not every Minuteman corpse in the Commonwealth means it was a part of Preston's people.

Well just gonna stop there before falling into the plothole of corpses and no corpses and how long they been there.

If you want know everything about Preston Garvey , I just found an article on him on Fandom.com .. The article explains how and when he joins the Minutemen , the Quincy siege and how the survivors eventually got to Concord , where the sole survivor ''finds'' Preston in trouble .

Right, I forgot the sublevel one. As you say that makes at least 11, possibly 12 if the Fort Hagen one was also with them.

He doesn't seem to be anywhere near a vaguely plausible route for Preston's group. Not all Minutemen corpses are necessarily involved, so it's more a case of looking for a decent match.

The one at the hospital, for example, could be disregarded if the route otherwise made no sense as a possibility. Likewise, the one at Fort Hagen is largely incidental; they were possible with Preston since there doesn't seem to be any other good reason a lone Minuteman would end up over there (it doesn't seem near any recent settlement or base of Minutemen activity).

It would probably be useful to link to the specific article.
