Start a new game, it's the only way.

You don't. Well it is possible but it will ruin your save if you do

Well, there might be other solutions available depending on the reason you want to redo the quests.

Why do you want to redo the quests?

im just curious about some of the alternate ends for the quests and i feel like i may have missed out on some rewards like making the deal with the Lukowski's Cannery and freeing Lorenzo

Other than a previous save or a new game, I can't say there's any other options.
Maybe a quest related console command but that could be risky.

what sort of quest console commands are there?
Zaris Feb 8, 2020 @ 1:02pm
There are console commands to change the status of a quest.
https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Fallout_4_console_commands

ResetQuest <QuestID> – Resets the given quest.

Warning: This command can potentially break a quest, with no way to move forward on that quest

Yep, just if you use it be prepared to throw away that save.
The problem with resetting or restarting a quest (using console commands) is the variables may get out of sorts as some are set by other quests possibly even dialogue quests and will not be reset to work correctly in the quest that is reset then restarted as well as the other related quests it might set variables for.

Don't fret it. Just play the game and role play the way you want. Don't have regrets.. that is the beauty of an RPG. Maybe a few years down the road you will come back for another playthrough.. and you can make alternate choices.

Just roleplay your character, what is the drive behind their decisions and motives? What would the character do.. not what would you do.

For me, this is the best way to enjoy RPG's with choices.

While there is a console command to reset quest stages, as far as I'm aware it doesn't run scripts backwards and restore all actor settings to make things exactly the way they were before the quest (in an ideal world, these would all be properly chained to quests anyway, but we don't live in an ideal world).

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
