Cannot find a provisioner to erase a supply line.
I want to erase a stupid supply line between 2 settlements, but I cannot find the provisioner. When ringing the bell or activating the siren and sleeping for 1 hour, every provisioner and every settler will be there. However, 1 is missing. I have this issue in 2 settlements, only with these 2 provisioners that I need to erase. Can someone please help me? I don't use any mods.

I have tried "SQV2058E", found the caravans in the list of information, tried their codes, but none worked.

I've also tried another method I found on the Internet to teleport a settler to you and assign it to the settlement where the missing provisioner was located (the starting point of the supply line), but I wasn't able to select it.

The Vault-Tec terminal shows only unemployed settlers, defenders and farmers.

I tried bells and sirens so many times in both settlements, but neither worked. I even tried walking the entire route and still couldn't find the provisioners.

In all other locations, I just have to ring the bell and sleep for 1 hour and all settlers (including all provisioners) will be there.

Could you be more specific about what you tried with the CaravanActors?

And how about getting the provisioner's ID from an earlier savegame? Any luck there?

I tried to teleport them to my location using "player.moveto" or something like that, can't remember, but none of the caravan IDs were identified.

I don't have save files from before this happened.

I doubt I did anything wrong, but just in case, could you please tell me what exactly do I need to do step by step?

I really want to get rid of these last 2 supply lines so that I can finally organise it better and just make it work.

Erasing all supply lines can work too, I don't care, I just want to fix this without breaking anything in the game or cheating or modding.

Also, do you maybe know anything about this issue:

If you definitely have provisioners and none of the CaravanActor IDs did anything, you might not be entering the command correctly.

If SQV 2058E worked and showed you a list that included CaravanActors entries it should be as simple as entering:

Player.Moveto RefID

The RefID should be one of the CaravanActors ID from the list, typically eight numbers/letters long. For example (if the RefID is "FF0EDF1C"):

Player.Moveto FF0EDF1C

Make sure you have the right numbers/letters, and aren't accidentally entering an O instead of a 0 or something similar (the only letters will be A through F).

Tried it again, now it says NONE next to the caravans in the settlement where they're from.

I think I know what's the problem. I think that all provisioners are unassigned, but there are ghost supply lines on the map for some reason. I really want to get rid of that.

I tried making the same supply line from the same location, but the other one doesn't show up. It's like the game didn't recognise that the supply line was erased or something, no idea.

If you're a Raider, do you still need supply lines and provisioner?

for settlement building yes, but for food no, they take over a regular settlement and make them produce food for them.

Provisioner should show up in the vault tec terminal when looking at the vocations and should be able to change assignment the same as others. This of course only applies in the origin settlement of the provisioner in my experience.

Note I have had supply lines still appear on the map when I know for certain they were killed (I found and looted their corpse) so it can happen just not often though my experince has been it happens more often with robot provisioners than human ones.

I have even had ghost supply lines sometimes appear that head towards places I have not even visited in that game yet.
Shodan 14 ENE 2020 a las 4:40 p. m.
I finally fixed it by spawning a settler in the settlement which was the starting point of the supply line, then commanding that settler to go to the other settlement where the supply line ends and finally changing that settler's location to the starting point. I had to change these locations a few times to get the locations I needed to appear.

I removed all supply lines and it all worked great, then suddenly 2 ghost supply lines suddenly spawned on the map.

Is there a way to fix this for good?

You can try installing unofficial patch, in case you havent already. It's supposed to make the brittle workshop code more robust...no promises though

Some settlements like Murkwater Construction can show up with 'ghost' lines (real lines, but no provisioner required).
I have them on almost every playthrough. :(

If it's those, my best advice is, try to enjoy the free routes.
DouglasGrave 15 ENE 2020 a las 2:01 a. m.
It definitely sounds weird; I haven't removed supply lines very often, but just assigning the provisioner to something else always worked fine for me.

It's really strange if the quest variables for 2058E list Reference IDs that you can't find at all, even by moving directly to them.
