Scrap dead things is one I've used a lot. Allows the scrapping of molerat hills and skeletons too
There is now a tidy bot one as well. That I plan to try. It allows you to build a mr handy that loots and disposes of the corpses.
to clear it from the cell data.
But easier to use a mod that lets you go into workshop mode, scrap the bodies and get resources

had a feeling a mod like that would show up eventually, But becareful cause if ya load up the workshops with too much junk it can cause problems, like freezing when ya open it, or maybe even corrupt the gamesave
corvega is a place i leave it off till the computer does not have to run each of the NPC's there.
same for any place with a lot of loot and many NPC's.
like entering diamond city i stop as i enter and wait till it stops collecting things before going down the stairs.
you can set the range that it will collect from and i always have it set at maximum range.
if you leave at it's default range it will be less likely to break.
but i'm willing to take the risk since even without this mod installed, let alone turned off, i crash more than once an hour and have become accustomed to saving every once in a while.
i have not run into a problem with it corrupting save files, but i just turn it off rather than uninstall.
