elevator to get star core above star control wont work even after power is on

i turned the power on in nuka world the good guy way and the last star core i need is above star control, but yet when i click x to activate nothing happens.... plz help!!!!!

Console command tcl and float up. Or let the junkyard reset, and another core will be there.

You need to find the control card for the elevator to work. Its nearby.

I did that for quite a while myself. It was very frustrating. I think i had to look at a YouTube video before I could see it. It was a very frustrating experience. I'm glad someone told you what the solution was .
