How to put off the distress signal in fellon's?
I found and opened the safe. But it seems this is the first distress signal, that I cannot put off. Is this a buf or what am I doing wrong?

You sold or scrapped a distress beacon in the shop, lol.

If you're talking about the young lady who is sending out a distress call from Fallons Department Store (recorded message repeating) .... once you find her she'll have a small two way radio sitting nearby. Just mouse over that radio and click on E to turn it off. Once that is done, your pip-boy will also stop receiving the signal and revert to static.
That's a sad one to find her remains sitting at the radio in the vault.

The other signal (Super Mutant radio repeating broadcast in a lady's voice) from a High School, the radio cannot be found to turn it off. It seems to have been meant to remain on to "forever warn" any listeners.

I found both radios (the super mutant one is behind a trapdoor in the basement) but "E" just doesn't work on both. radio goes on anf off with the "E" but the signal just stays on.

I think maybe that happend to me before and I reverified my game files.

You can turn off the Fallon distress radio but it will just come back when the cell refreshes so it's pointless to do so.
