1) Did you have unlocked the game for modding? (check this pinned thread)
2) Are those mods enabled. You can verify it correctly by launching the game, going to "mods" in the main menu and hitting the home button. A list of mods should appear. There should be a check mark before each mod you want to be enabled.
3) do the mods that you have added contain loose files? You can check it by going to the download tab of a mod and click on "Preview file contents". If there are other files than those that ends on .esl / .esp / .ba2 then the mod contains loose files.
3a) if that is the situation, verify if those loose files are really in your Data folder. Vortex could not have handled it well.
1) yes both in fallout4 custom and pref.
2) another yes the other non body/armour/clothes are working.
3)that could be the problem. I am going to check it up. Thanx very much.
II'll write you later wether the problem is resolved or not
