Help with CTD.

[Neon Robot]

So I'm getting a CTD whenever I do the "explore the combat zone" quest. Specifically right when I reach the point where I kill all the raiders and then I'm supposed to talk to Tommy. I don't have any mods for the Combat Zone, nothing that messes with dialogue or anything like that...Any ideas?
