Overseer barstow vanished?
Hello, my overseer from vault 88 vanished while i was getting th hallugien research, it also says 3 settlers instead of 4 randomly. any help?

Depending on how you build the vault area up I sometimes find the npcs hanging out on the roof outside of the structure.

Yeah even tried to teleport to her she just has the quest marker above her head, doesnt show her

You can see the quest marker, and interesting cuz my quests werent finished

If you can see the quest marker then try using the enable console command it usually means they are disabled.

Target barstow with the prid command then simply type enable in the console. Preferably the one in the quest alias being targeted by the quest marker.
