Ratio of male vs female hostile humans

Just want to know the comparative effectiveness of Black Widow/Lady Killer.

It does not work with Super Mutants and female ghouls. It works on human NPCs and - judging from my experience ingame - it is a fair balance between both genders. 60% males - 40% females. However, it happens that there are 4 male raiders and just one female in a spawn because it is based on the randomization result.

There are other perks that gives you better damage output per perk point. I should focus on these first. This perk might be useful if you want to have easier speech checks with opposite genders. Late-game, if you have some points left, you can use this perk to maximize your damage.

PS: alan wake is a good game.

This skill was better in Fallout 3, if not Vegas, for the dialog options. I can really think of a scenario where it's any good now though.

you don't really need the small percentage with persuasion and damage increasing if you just raise your charisma instead to max and buff with fancy clothes or alcohol. Not worth it in FO4.

As for raiders, they are statically more likely to spawn as males, if you're interested in the damage buff.
