Was the workshop production surplus cap increased in a previous patch?
If I'm reading the Wiki right, there's a cap to how much surplus food and water that can be stored in the workshop before production stops. However the amount I'm receiving as surplus exceeds that of what the Wiki states.

Could I be reading the Wiki wrong, is it simply outdated, or was the cap increased in a previous patch? Is this cap only for Survival Mode or all difficulties to curb players making too much resources and caps (i.e. water Baron)?

Comments are appreciated,

Thank you

Playing on very hard, there sure seems to be a limit still. Not that it does much because it seems vendors and production cycles restock daily. Unsure how it compares to previous patches.

You are probably misunderstanding. Lets say you can have 30 waters in your WS based on number of settlers. And you can make 1000 water. Once every game day the game will 'harvest' water. First, it will check what is in the WS now. If you already have more than 30 then you get nothing. If you have less than 30 than you will get the full 1000. In order to get more tomorrow, you must empty out those 1000 water and store them somewhere else.

I see now, so the cap isn't on the amount that can be harvested at any given him, the cap is on the amount that can be stored in the workshop before the harvesting stops. Thank you for the clarification Out Of Bubblegum.

Also keep in mind the amount of food and water in your workshop determiens the chances the settlement gets raided. So be wary of raising or removing the cap with mods.
