Cheat menu mod users
so there is cheat menu mod going around just had installed when do I get the menu? do I need craft? will I find someplace? plz help

If you mean the Cheat Terminal Mod then you should've received a Holotape in your Inventory under Misc, if not then simply type this into the console; help cheat 4 note.
Otherwise you can Build the Cheat Terminal which is located under Power - Misc when in Building Mode.
