Crater after nuking The Institute strange things

I just finished playing through the BOS ending, and there are several glitchy things going on in the area that we blew up.
Pack brahmin are on endless loops of falling into the water and then respawning above and falling again.
There are several synth corpses floating in the air 20 feet above water level.
The biggest thing however, is I found Father alive and well standing at the edge of the crater just chilling. He talks like I was still with him in the institute and on his side.
I think Saun's mind had snapped after watching me blow up everything he held dear.

What surprised me was I don't see any mention of these bugs and glitches from google searching, so I'm asking here.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I've seen a youtube video once of this guy that experienced the same thing. He was able to talk to shaun near the crater, and everything. It's just another one of Bethesda's game breaking glitches, I guess.

I've seen brahmin and synths falling from the sky there. But as for Shaun, I don't believe he was there. Not during my playthrough anyway.

@sm1ty_ if it was a game breaking GLITCH .. your game would have friggin CTD.

The closest I've seen is a power armour frame sitting in midair way above the wreck of the Prydwen, but for that I can blame unoccupied frames not obeying normal physics (you can duplicate the same effect in settlements by pulling the floor out from under a frame).

Synth corpses I could see remaining as the aftermath of the attack with Liberty Prime (if they would have been lying on the ground before). With Shaun, I'd have to ask exactly where he's standing in regard to the crater. Is he standing on the western side, near the bridge leading south?
