Shadow of Steel Glitch?

Okay... I am confuse.

According to just about every guide, to start the quest, I need to have Semper Invicta and Reunion, the main quest, completeted. After Reunion, I'm suppose to see a gaint BOS flagship flying by and that's where I'm suppose to tune into the Military Frequency, meet up with Paladian Danse, and he becomes a companion.

The problem is I did not see BOS flagship, perhaps I'm just blind, but even then the radio frequency does nothing. Every time I talk to Paladin Danse at Cambrdige Police Station, the miscelleanous objective told me to report to him, he just goes on a loop telling me "I'm busy" or "Scribe Haylens needs to set up that transmission"

Quite frankly, I just want to get Danse as a companion. But it seems bugged out on my playthrough.

the Prydwen should fly in the Commonwealth as soon as you exit Fort Hagen. You'll even have a grand entrance with vertipters etc.
Have you done the two quests, Cleasing the Commonwealth and Quartermastery at least once ?
Regarding the Prydwen issue, do you have any mods installed ?

Hmm at this point I have. But piror to Prydwen, I am not sure if I have because the very first Quartermastery required me to go to Far Harbor; that being said, I may have had that completeted after.
As for mods, yeah quite a few. Any specific mods that may have caused it?

Quartermastery sending you to Far Harbor is not a bug, it's a feature.
Regarding mods, I don't know, it could be any of the following :
BOS story mods
Main quest mods (that could alter the prydwen trigger)

I'd recommend turning them off and loading a save before exiting Fort Hagen.

Did you exit Fort Hagen via the elevator (after killing Kellogg) that takes you to the roof of the building? You have to exit that way. This is a commonly reported issue (ie, the Prydwen not showing up) if you exit the way you came.

Also the Unofficial Patch could cause this Issue, i already had a few Gamebreaking Bugs caused by this and had to sadly remove it to continue.

He wouldn't be able to exit Fort Hagen the way he came in anyway as a Door lock this Path and can only go to the Elevator.

At the exit there was two options to open the door on the terminal you have to pick the top one if I recall correctly otherwise it may not trigger the ships arrival.

Ok so you guys were right, exiting via elevator was the only way to trigger it. Thank you guys so much!
I was about to give up and go through the rest of the game without the brotherhood.
